General conditions of rent and booking campsite
The booking is strongly advised in July and August for the campsite and indispensable for the rents, it will be charged by 22€ for set-up fees.
To reserve a rent, contact us by telephone or make your reservation on line on the website, we shall send you an established contract in duplicate: one that you will keep, one that you will send back to us signed and accompanied with a check of deposit of 25 % of the amount of the stay. To reserve a place campsite, send us the demand accompanied with a 80€ check of deposit or make your reservation on line on our website. The choice of the place is made according to the requirements of our schedule, but as possible we shall take into account preferences which you will indicate us . On no account the criterion of choice of the place campsite or rent can give pretext to cancellation. In case of withdrawal, the conditions of cancellation clarified to the contract will apply whatever is the motive for cancellation. In July and August, the arrivals are made on Saturdays from 4 pm till 7 pm for the rents, every day from 12 am till 7 pm for places campsite. In case of delay, prevent us by telephone, the reception is assured till 10:30 pm. The departures are made on Saturday from 9 am till 11 am for the rents, every day all from 9 am till 11 am for places campsite. A single vehicle is foreseen by rent, he can be parked on the place. Any supplementary vehicle must be left outside of the campsite. We offer you set-up fees for all the superior stays in 30 days. On no account Sarl Noblet can be considered as person in charge of the deterioration of vehicles, or the loss or the flight of the personal objects. Any tent or annexes cannot be installed on the place of a rent without express authorization of the manager. At your arrival, you have to address the reception to settle the balance of your stay, as well as the pledges (800€ for the equipment and the cleaning (rent only) and 20 for the badge of access. The rents are granted for the number of persons specified to the contract, no supplementary person can be admitted without authorization of the manager. The visitors are received free of charge if they stay less than 2 am, beyond they have to settle a royalty, in every case, they have to appear at the reception at their arrival, they are under your responsibility, in particular as regards the respect for the internal regulation and have no access to showers. They will necessarily have to have left the ground before 10 pm. The internal regulation is shown in the entrance of the campsite. In case of non compliance with this one or incompatible behavior with the life of the camp or the safety, the termination of the contract and the eviction of the offenders can be decided by the manager, in that case no refund will be made on the amount of your stay.
We give you the possibility of blocking a precise place, in that case, supplementary 25€ shall be asked you.
